Customer And Trade Marketing Professional

About the role

Safilo Middle East is looking for a Customer & Trade Marketing Professional to drive brand growth and customer engagement across its retail network in the UAE. Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will design and execute trade marketing plans that align with both global brand standards and local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute brand activations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Design customer‑specific marketing programs and support retail partners with marketing assets.
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.
• Track trade marketing performance, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor activities.
• Provide promotional tools and training to the sales team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage in‑store promotions, seasonal campaigns, POS materials, and merchandising.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with retail partners.
• Ability to analyse market data and competitor insights.
• Experience managing budgets and coordinating external vendors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with sales and internal teams.
