Customer Care Centre Service Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Customer Care Centre Service Coordinator in Dubai, supporting customers across the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. You will act as the first point of contact, coordinating field service activities and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, create tickets, clarify issues and manage the full ticket lifecycle until closure.
• Communicate directly with customers to schedule and dispatch field service engineers (CSEs) and service technicians (CESs) for onsite and preventive maintenance visits.
• Create and monitor notifications based on customer requests, ensuring all service activities are documented and prioritized.
• Coordinate dispatch activities, providing support, information and prioritisation for assigned service personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches and follow‑up actions to meet performance and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Graduated Biomedical Engineer (preferred) or degree in Electrical, Clinical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and flexibility to work a 24/7 rotational schedule, including weekends.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite
• SAP MM (knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage)
