Customer Care Representative – Inbound Call Center

About the role

Emirates NBD Group is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Associate to join its contact‑center team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on handling incoming calls, answering customer queries, and delivering accurate information about the bank’s products and services while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide clear, accurate details on banking products and services.
• Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Log and route service requests to the appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, data‑privacy, and information‑security policies.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
