Customer Care Representative (UAE National)

About the role

Al Tayer Group, a luxury automotive group in the UAE, is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Ras Al Khaimah. The role welcomes customers, handles calls courteously and directs them to the right advisor, while also taking part in telemarketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously and answer phones efficiently, providing information, service booking and guidance until they are attended by the relevant personnel.
• Take part in telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Seat customers and keep them comfortable until the Service Advisor attends to them, then direct them to the right advisor.
• Call customers to collect follow-up feedback on their ATM visits.
• Arrange for customers to be served quickly to reduce waiting time.
• Support the reception in managing the courtesy vehicles.
• Keep the reception clean and hygienic and uphold housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Well-groomed appearance and pleasant personality.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service skills or certification is an advantage.
