About the role
The Customer Care Specialist will work at the Baniyas Branch in Abu Dhabi, handling inbound and outbound calls for ADIB Securities clients. The role focuses on providing accurate information, troubleshooting account issues, and guiding clients on trading platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely information about services and products.
- Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and educate clients on ADIB Securities trading tools.
- Resolve complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when needed, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or stock‑brokerage environment.
- Strong knowledge of stock‑market principles and trading platforms.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
