Customer Care Specialist - Stock Brokerage

About the role

ADIB Securities is hiring a Customer Care Specialist (Call Center Advisor) for its RAK branch in Abu Dhabi, open only to UAE nationals. The advisor handles inbound and outbound calls, supporting clients on their stock brokerage accounts. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of stock market principles and a passion for helping clients reach their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries by phone and email, giving accurate and timely information on services and products.
• Assist clients with account setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Educate clients on the use of ADIB Securities trading platforms and tools.
• Resolve complaints professionally and courteously, escalating complex cases to supervisors when needed.
• Follow up with clients until their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Sales and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Take part in team meetings and training to stay up to date on company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service or stock brokerage environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of stock market principles and trading platforms.
• Good presentation skills, poise and product knowledge.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
