Customer Engineer – Turkish Speaking

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for a Turkish‑speaking Customer Engineer to join its Dubai team. In this quota‑carrying technical role you will act as the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them from pre‑sales validation through onboarding, deployment and ongoing expansion. You will leverage Cloudflare’s global network and AI‑augmented workflows to design and deliver secure, high‑performance Internet solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical deep‑dives, capture business requirements and map complex infrastructures (DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, Workers) to Cloudflare architectures.
• Define and execute proof‑of‑concepts and technical validations, delivering presentations, diagrams and demos that address performance, security and reliability challenges.
• Lead customer onboarding and migration blueprints, acting as the primary engineering contact and guiding customers through configuration best practices.
• Own a variable quota, driving platform adoption, revenue retention and identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Utilise AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks such as questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning and telemetry monitoring.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design and explain complex enterprise network and security solutions.
• Proven commercial acumen in a quota‑carrying or revenue‑aligned environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for both engineers and C‑level executives.
