About the role

Join RAKBANK's Retail Banking team at the Mussafah Branch in Abu Dhabi as a Teller. This front‑line position offers a solid foundation for a banking career while delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque transactions and remittances accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and address their banking enquiries.
• Maintain compliance with RAKBANK policies, operating procedures and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Handle cash and transaction records with precision to support smooth branch operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or banking is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, customer‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
