Customer Growth Executive

About the role

The Customer Growth Executive owns the growth, retention and overall success of Tier 1 customers. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business needs and drive measurable growth through adoption, cross‑sell and upsell.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients, sharing Infobip strategy and positioning against competitors.
• Serve as the focal point for business and technical expectations, handling escalations and product adoption.
• Coordinate internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Platform Operations, Revenue Assurance) to deliver seamless service.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs such as gross profit, margin and cross‑sell targets.
• Ensure proper account setup, route management and content filtration in collaboration with CPaaS Registrations.
• Monitor financial health, collections and netting to minimise risk.
• Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking actions to maximise revenue and minimise losses.
• Provide feedback on internal tools (Qlik, Salesforce) and keep activity records up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years proven B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
• Fluent English (Arabic preferred) and strong commercial mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex customer organisations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic, data‑driven with solid forecasting and performance analysis skills.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder at senior levels.
