Customer Journey & Data Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

The Customer Journey & Data Analysis Senior Specialist will drive data‑focused marketing initiatives for Mercedes Benz Group in Dubai. You will combine analytics, customer insights, and CRM expertise to shape a data‑driven marketing strategy that enhances the customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor data and produce KPI reports; develop and maintain management dashboards.
• Design and implement a data‑driven marketing strategy and related reporting tools.
• Analyse marketing metrics, customer insights, and research findings to recommend actions.
• Lead customer research projects, synthesize third‑party studies, and present key findings.
• Provide ongoing support for CRM and Salesforce activities, including lead and complaints management.
• Enhance the OneWeb platform and oversee quarterly complaints analysis reports.
• Manage lead‑follow‑up processes in retail and call‑center environments, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support marketing efficiency by issuing purchase orders and coordinating with procurement and accounting.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing Intelligence or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to Salesforce operations and campaign management.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle, customer orientation, and how insights drive experience.
• Experience delivering brand campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints.
