Customer Project Manager for Industrial UPS Solutions

About the role

Gutor seeks a Customer Project Manager to lead international UPS projects from order through commissioning. You will act as the main customer contact, oversee project teams, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer liaison, handling technical communication, inspections (FAT, PIM, packing) and on‑site meetings.
• Plan, steer and control project execution, coordinating with sales, engineering, operations and documentation teams.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, margin monitoring and profitability optimisation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle claims, and pursue additional business opportunities.
• Oversee 3rd‑party supplier activities, conduct audits and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in the electrical industry, preferably in O&G or related sectors.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in systems/equipment business.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
