Customer Registration Manager

About the role

The Customer Registration Manager oversees the implementation of TDRA policies for mobile and point‑of‑sale (POS) registration, ensuring all processes meet regulatory mandates. The role monitors operational efficiency, drives digital transformation of the registration journey, and recommends enhancements to maintain high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of regulations and system updates to satisfy TDRA mobile registration requirements.
• Communicate TDRA policies across the organization and deliver training programs for sales agents on RRMC 2.1 policies.
• Analyze registration issues, create corrective action plans, and coordinate with TDRA and other authorities to prevent violations.
• Manage daily registration complaints from sales points, contact centres, and social media, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain service quality by enforcing customer data standards, resolving quality issues, and suggesting system improvements.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports to TDRA and security agencies, and respond to public prosecution letters on behalf of Etisalat.
• Direct POS registration projects, organize support processes, and review regulatory effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Oversee rollout of new digital tools and processes to boost efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in telecom registration, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
