Customer Relations Officer

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for delivering a premium experience to members of a wellness club. You will act as the main point of contact, providing personalized assistance, resolving issues, and promoting the club’s premium services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for members, handling inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote membership upgrades, class bookings, and premium services while conducting guided tours for prospective members.
• Manage member onboarding, renewals, cancellations and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, wellness, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify at‑risk members and implement retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, customer service or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales or a similar role, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities and high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools.
