Customer Relationship Officer – Business Banking (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Effectively identify and respond to Business Banking client needs, ensuring transactions are completed promptly and with high quality. The role focuses on increasing client satisfaction through proactive service and knowledgeable advice. You will also support the bank’s quality initiatives by reducing transaction defeats and cycle time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, provide product and service information, and promote relevant banking solutions.
• Contact clients to obtain missing documentation and execute financial transactions in line with service standards.
• Generate referrals and cross‑sell a portfolio of products to achieve sales objectives.
• Educate clients on access channels such as ATM, internet and phone banking.
• Verify transaction instructions, ensure compliance with AML, CDD and internal controls, and maintain accurate audit trails.
• Collect and review KYC documentation, input data into core banking and CRM systems, and support periodic KYC updates.

Required profile

• High school or bachelor degree; diploma or higher in Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business banking or customer relationship roles.
• Completion of AML/KYC training modules and ongoing professional development.
