Customer Relationship Officer - Floater

About the role

ADIB Group is looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (floater) in Dubai. The role manages the products and service function so that customers receive quality service, the bank's warm image is projected, operational controls are maintained and service efficiency keeps improving.

Key responsibilities

• Deposit accounts: handle inquiries, open and close accounts, complete forms correctly and follow KYC policies and CB instructions
• Finance accounts: handle inquiries on finance and covered cards, maintain customer files, prepare finance applications and get approvals, enter data into the system
• Sales: sell and cross-sell ADIB products and promote the bank's image
• Staff management: manage subordinates, plan their training and appraisals, and carry out other tasks assigned by management
• Budget support: help the CRM prepare comments on budget variances for branch sales of financial products
• Process improvement: recommend workflow changes to the branch manager at least once a year
• Audit support: help the CRM respond to internal audit and ICD comments on financial products and services
• Compliance: follow key operational controls in daily work

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Relations or similar role in a banking environment
• Broad knowledge of ADIB's retail banking products and services
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB's retail credit and operational policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks, and of Central Bank of UAE regulations
• General awareness of local competitors and fair knowledge of service standards
