Customer Service Adviser – UAE National (Hybrid)

About the role

Join Bupa Global’s Dubai team as a Customer Service Adviser. This hybrid role combines four days of remote work with one day in the office, supporting international members with their health insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound member enquiries by phone or email, providing policy information and assistance.
• Process membership changes, re‑issue documents, and manage manual credit card collections.
• Address billing queries, raise credit notes and invoices, and issue payment receipts for individuals and groups.
• Liaise with brokers and other providers to resolve queries and coordinate medical treatment setups.
• Maintain accurate system records, update member contact details, and support internal departments with cultural or language issues.
• Investigate and resolve member complaints, ensuring compliance with UAE health‑insurance regulations.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book and university degree (certificates required).
• Previous experience in health‑insurance within the UAE, including knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience in a medical environment or related training.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Availability to work 6‑hour shifts (30 hours/week) between 08:00‑17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
