Customer Service Advisor - Arabic and English Speaker

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Customer Service Advisor to join its Dubai team. You will act as a brand ambassador for luxury and high‑net‑worth clients, delivering personalized support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, social media, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide tailored, memorable experiences for high‑net‑worth clients, leveraging deep product knowledge.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on client products and services and answer after‑sales queries.
• Achieve sales and CRM targets while building long‑term relationships.
• Support e‑commerce related enquiries for regional sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on discretion and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and adapt to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
