Customer Service Advisor – Arabic & English Speaker – Insurance

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Customer Service Advisor to join its on‑site team in Abu Dhabi. You will represent top‑brand clients in the insurance sector, handling inquiries through phone, email, chat or social media.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
• Provide support and resolve routine problems related to the client’s products or services.
• Interact with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media) as required.
• Develop technical proficiency with the software tools used to improve customer experiences.
• Champion better brand experiences for customers and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
