Customer Service Advisor (Arabic Speaker) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will handle inbound and outbound calls as well as online interactions for Arabic‑speaking customers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous support and resolving routine product or service inquiries while meeting contractual performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers using decision‑support tools.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic tone and build rapport during each interaction.
• Document calls and update the tracking database with relevant details.
• Promote additional products or services when appropriate.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Strong Arabic speaking and listening skills with a courteous, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotation as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer navigation and PC proficiency.
