Customer Service Advisor – Arabic Speaker – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet, providing support and resolving routine product or service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements and use decision‑support tools to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare accurate work records and appropriately notate accounts.
• Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services and track information in the call‑tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma; three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous demeanor.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to rotate shifts.
