Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in Arabic and English to provide high‑quality support to our client’s customers in Dubai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across calls, chats and emails while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails, maintaining standards for call volume, pick‑up time, duration and quality.
• Provide courteous, accurate assistance by listening, clarifying requirements, using decision‑support tools and redirecting when necessary.
• Identify customer issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Spot and maximize selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Continuously update knowledge of products, services and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality and a strong passion for the luxury sector.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
• Graduate preferred; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Pleasant telephone etiquette and enjoyment of speaking with customers.
• Professional, courteous and patient demeanor in all interactions.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient computer navigation and PC knowledge.
• Available to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week across all shifts and able to start within 1–2 weeks.
