Customer Service Agent (English)

About the role

Wheely’s Customer Service team ensures perfect journeys for passengers and chauffeurs. As a Customer Service Agent you will be the voice of Wheely, handling calls, chats and emails to provide timely solutions and maintain high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across calls, live chat and email while meeting operational SLAs.
• Maintain luxury communication standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve issues for customers and chauffeurs quickly and efficiently.
• Prioritise and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience and support company growth.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a luxury service, customer‑facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts on‑site.
• Technically proficient.

Required skills

• Additional language skills (French or Arabic) are a plus.
• Previous call‑centre experience is desirable.
