About the role

Wheely’s Customer Service team ensures flawless journeys for passengers and chauffeurs. As a Customer Service Agent you will handle calls, live chats and emails, delivering premium support to English‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service across calls, live chat and email channels.
• Protect customers’ time by meeting operational SLAs.
• Maintain luxury‑standard communication in every interaction.
• Achieve and sustain customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve passenger and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently.
• Prioritise and escalate feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience and support company growth.

Required profile

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the luxury service industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, in an office environment.
• Technical proficiency.
