Customer Service Agent – French Speakers

About the role

Wheely is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent who can communicate fluently in English and French. Based in Dubai Internet City, you will join a fast‑growing premium transportation company and help ensure flawless journeys for both passengers and chauffeurs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service across phone, live‑chat and email channels.
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
• Maintain luxury‑standard communication and meet satisfaction targets.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate customer or chauffeur issues promptly.
• Gather and prioritize feedback for senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the luxury service sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced contact‑center setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, on‑site.
