About the role
Presentail is seeking a Customer Service Agent to work at its Al Barsha shop. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer questions, requests and issues.
- Advise customers on how to best use the product or service according to their specific needs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and act as a subject‑matter expert.
- Record all interactions in the internal CRM system to ensure cross‑functional visibility.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in client success or customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude when handling complaints and finding solutions.
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with a CRM system.
