Customer Service Assistant – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join Planet as a Customer Service Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to deliver fast, accurate, and human service experiences across voice and digital channels. You will be the trusted first point of contact, guiding enquiries to timely resolutions while collaborating with Operations and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and digital enquiries, providing clear guidance on Planet products, services, processes and policies.
• Take ownership of complaints and service issues, keep customers informed, and escalate complex or high‑risk cases appropriately.
• Investigate enquiries using Planet systems and knowledge resources, aiming for first‑point resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations to remove blockers and ensure timely outcomes.
• Record every interaction accurately in the customer management and contact centre systems, following privacy and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or a service‑led environment (preferred).
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience is acceptable.
