Customer Service cum Cashier

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service cum Cashier to join our Dubai team. The role combines front‑line banking assistance with accurate cash handling, supporting customers while ensuring compliance with UAE banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions efficiently.
• Verify customer identification and adhere to AML and banking policy requirements.
• Provide product and service information and refer customers to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Detect and report suspicious activities in line with anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Deliver a friendly, professional service experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a finance or business degree is a plus.
• At least one month of experience in a bank teller or customer‑service role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work split shifts and relocate within the UAE if needed.
