Customer Service Executive – CS&L (Supply Chain Logistics)

About the role

The Customer Service Executive – CS&L is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Contractual Manufacturing Operations (CMO) across Gulf markets. The role ensures timely conversion of semi‑finished goods to finished goods, optimises trade‑route management and coordinates closely with Supply Planning and finance teams to drive efficient, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate CMO‑related orders between CS&L and Supply Planning, providing visibility on finished‑goods completion dates.
• Track semi‑finished‑goods (SFG) orders, follow up with planners and escalate missed ex‑site dates.
• Prepare and share SFG documentation for permit applications and monitor Ministry of Health pre‑permit approvals.
• Manage green‑light approvals with the Global Forwarder and ensure timely shipment of SFG from 3PLs to CMOs.
• Monitor readiness of goods at manufacturing sites and maximise container utilisation at hub locations.
• Oversee trade‑route planning (In‑Market, To‑Market, Semi‑Finished, Finished, MMW, Market) to ensure efficient product flow.
• Track monthly freight, warehousing and distribution costs versus plan, highlighting variances.
• Lead preparation of cost budgets for freight, warehousing and distribution in Gulf markets.
• Support Cost‑to‑Serve initiatives and report on CMO operational performance.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, raise purchase orders promptly and manage payment budget compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in supply chain logistics or related fields.
• Proven experience managing contractual manufacturing operations and coordinating with supply planners.
• Ability to monitor financial performance and handle vendor payment processes.
