Customer Service Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Oia Properties is a leading real estate agency operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, specializing in the secondary market of residential properties. We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent support, handle client inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Assist clients with requests, concerns, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and property-related inquiries.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been properly addressed.
• Support the team with administrative and customer‑related tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and clients for property viewings and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and follow‑ups.
• Arrange viewings for potential tenants and buyers by coordinating with owners or their representatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English written and verbal ability.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Good problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
• Real‑estate experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
