Customer Service Executive (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Savills Middle East is hiring a Customer Service Executive in its Sharjah office, open only to UAE nationals. The executive is the first point of contact for enquiries and assists incoming tenants while providing professional customer support. The role supports the property management team with leasing administration and tenant services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver leasing administrative service to support the property management team and meet customers' and tenants' satisfaction
• Assist with lease renewals and collection of payments, and log renewals, new lettings and short-term leases in the Happy Tenant system
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails promptly and confidentially, and escalate complaints when necessary
• Prepare documentation for scanning and archiving, and arrange weekly delivery of tenancy contracts to buildings
• Meet and greet visitors professionally, and follow up on pending payments and documents
• Coordinate with property managers, the finance team on tenant disputes, and the PRO to ensure contracts are attested by Sharjah Municipality
• Refine and develop office admin processes for better record keeping, and assist with daily tenant communication and services

Required profile

• Family book and UAE passport; fluent in English
• Degree level education or equivalent
• At least two years' experience in a similar administrative or customer service post
• Able to provide flexible administrative cover in the office
