Customer Service Officer (Outsource)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer (Outsource) will deliver excellent service to bank customers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring queries are resolved within agreed timeframes and standards. This full‑time position supports both front‑line agents and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close applications promptly and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare finance applications and follow up on approvals.
• Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently while adhering to turnaround times.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in regular stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records of actions taken.
• Support customer service agents and provide technical assistance when required.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed TAT.
• Positive customer feedback and professional interaction with other departments.
• Flexibility, strong data‑processing capability, and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Previous banking experience in a similar role, with knowledge of regulated financial services and asset products.
• In‑depth understanding of internal processes, procedures, and systems.
