Customer Service Representative

About the role

e& CX Solutions is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its high‑volume call centre in Ajman. The role involves engaging existing and prospective clients through outbound calls and digital chat, presenting service solutions, and resolving account queries while maintaining strong performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current and potential clients to promote products, services and special offers.
• Handle customer support inquiries via live chat and other digital channels.
• Identify customer needs, address account concerns and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Accurately log all interactions, feedback and ticket escalations in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily productivity targets, call quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Complete verbal and written fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, call centres, telesales or customer support; banking or financial customer care experience is a strong plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM data entry and management.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
• Strong outbound prospecting and issue‑resolution capabilities.
