Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate, timely support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle complaints effectively and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and related documents.
• Meet customer service and call‑handling targets.
• Deliver an excellent overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous customer service experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
