Customer Service Representative - Remote Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and create positive experiences across phone, email, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Collect feedback and share insights to improve services.
• Utilize CRM and support platforms to manage interactions and keep documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills
