Customer Service Representative (Remote, UAE)

About the role

This fully remote position supports customers across the United Arab Emirates through online channels. You will engage with clients via phone, video calls and chat, helping them resolve inquiries, navigate services and complete enrollment processes while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional support through phone, Zoom and virtual communication tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries, enrollment steps and general service guidance.
• Build trust‑based relationships using clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions or escalations, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal service guidelines.
• Collaborate with remote team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
