Customer Success Manager – Arabic (Remote/Dubai)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will own the relationship with assigned SailPoint clients, ensuring they realise measurable value from the identity security platform. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to serve our Middle‑East customer base, primarily from a remote setting based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end business relationship with assigned accounts, driving retention and advocacy.
• Develop clear, time‑boxed engagement plans to deliver successful identity security programs.
• Monitor account health, usage trends, and organisational changes that could impact satisfaction.
• Provide coaching on SailPoint solutions for identity management, compliance, role management and access requests.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, track project status and align mutual plans.
• Deliver strategic performance updates to SailPoint senior management.
• Identify expansion opportunities to increase product usage and revenue.
• Ensure timely renewals and cultivate additional SailPoint advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer‑facing and consulting skills with the ability to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple stakeholders and set clear expectations.
• Proactive ownership of challenges and a self‑motivated, customer‑centric attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
• Experience in outcome formulation, project management or consultancy with large implementers is a plus.
