Customer Success Manager Arabic Speaker

About the role

UiPath is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise customers in Dubai through their post‑sales automation journeys. You will act as the strategic orchestrator, turning automation ambitions into measurable business outcomes while guiding adoption of AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end adoption journey, creating value delivery plans and coordinating internal and external workstreams.
• Establish governance cadence, including operational syncs, steering forums, and quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor, building strategic relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs, ROI, savings, and productivity gains.
• Accelerate adoption through workshops, enablement sessions, automation days, and consumption reviews.
• Monitor consumption metrics (users, robots, AI Units, Platform Units) and proactively manage under‑ or over‑consumption.
• Identify early warning signals such as low usage or weak sponsorship and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of professional services, adoption strategies, and organizational change management.
• Proven track record of delivering impact to enterprise customers.
• Strong executive presence, operational discipline, and bias toward action.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results across internal and external teams.
