Customer Success Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Customer Success team within Signature Success is seeking a driven, Arabic‑speaking Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for Salesforce’s largest and highest‑profile customers. You will partner with a small portfolio of accounts, focusing on their business goals to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment and ensure technical and operational health.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all Signature deliverables, renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors and decision‑makers within customer organizations.
• Provide proactive guidance on Salesforce features, annual releases and adoption strategies, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Act as an advocate during high‑severity incidents, coordinating resolution and communication with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, identify trends and deliver tailored recommendations to enhance platform stability and performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer success, SaaS platforms, technology consulting or solutions architecture.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic with strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language and vice‑versa.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its product suite.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Understanding of software development processes and design methodologies.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams to resolve customer needs.
• Technical and/or solutions architecture expertise.
