Customer Success Manager – Sales & Renewal

About the role

ACI Worldwide is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its Dubai team. You will help customers quickly realize the value of ACI’s payment solutions, build strong long‑term relationships, and embed Customer Success as a trusted part of the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale a consistent Customer Success approach across newly onboarded and existing accounts.
• Drive adoption, retention, and confidence by supporting onboarding, early lifecycle success, and account stabilization.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and facilitate executive‑level connections with ACI leadership.
• Monitor account health, protect revenue, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to lead or support commercial conversations as needed.

Required profile

• Experience building Customer Success processes in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment.
• Comfort managing customers at various stages of maturity.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly expanding customer base.
