About the role
QIC UAE, a leading insurance provider in the MENA region, is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join its team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to five years of experience, offering both full‑time and part‑time options.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and policy details.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely, customer‑focused manner.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- UAE nationals (Emirati) are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to hybrid work arrangements after probation.
Required skills
- Excel (basic to intermediate)
