Customer Support Representative – English Speakers (Fintech)

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking fintech company as an English‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will interact with traders worldwide through live chat, phone, and email, ensuring a seamless experience on our innovative trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service via live chat, phone calls, and email.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their requests with clear communication.
• Identify, escalate, and track complex issues using the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with market‑specific regulatory requirements.
• Verify client‑submitted documents according to regional regulations.
• Prepare and interpret reports and related documentation.
• Attend internal seminars to stay updated on business functions.
• Meet quarterly KPI targets set by the Customer Service Manager.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on strategy alignment.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in a Forex broker or online trading environment is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Effective communicator with solid troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and proven at meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
