About the role
PrimeBox, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is expanding its team. We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into customers, and guide clients through the entire service and payment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Consult customers on storage solutions, pricing, and available options.
- Process bookings, maintain customer information, and update CRM records.
- Coordinate pickups, transportation, and warehouse arrangements.
- Support customers throughout the storage process and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, customer‑oriented approach.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- UAE experience is a plus.
