Cyber Security Manager – Executive Squad Lead

We are HCLTech, a fast‑growing global tech company with 219,000+ employees. We are looking for an Executive Manager – Squad Cyber Technical Lead to drive cybersecurity engineering, DevSecOps and AI/LLM security for our banking and regulated‑industry clients in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a squad’s four workstreams (AppSec, AI Governance, Continuous Security Validation, Compliance Trail) ensuring SLA adherence and CBUAE inspection‑readiness.
• Own and consolidate the tooling stack (SonarQube, Snyk, ServiceNow IRM, Security Agent, Claude, Codex, OPA, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub) including vendor integration and evidence chain to Power BI.
• Act as the 1LoD counterpart to 2LoD and the AI Centre of Excellence, chair the Security Champions Guild, arbitrate cross‑workstream priorities and present the monthly DevSecOps Governance Dashboard.
• Stand up a bank‑wide DevSecOps pipeline gate covering 200+ repositories with >95 % pass rate and zero critical findings in production.

Required profile

• 12+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience with proven leadership in DevSecOps, cloud security (Azure & AWS) and AI/LLM security.
• Banking or other regulated‑industry background, hands‑on delivery against CBUAE Decree‑Law 6/2025, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Mandatory certifications: CISSP and at least one of CCSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
• Additional certifications preferred: CISM, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer, Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP), SABSA, GIAC GCSA.
