Data Analyst

About the role

This position is for a Data Analyst based in the United Arab Emirates. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights, supporting decision‑making across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using modern visualization tools.
• Analyze operational, sales, recruiting, and financial data to uncover trends and performance insights.
• Develop scalable reporting systems, data models, and KPI frameworks.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across platforms.
• Build cloud‑based workflows and automation processes to streamline reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and automate workflows.
• Perform SQL‑based data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Support API integrations and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.
• Document reporting processes, technical workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for using data and automation to solve business challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
