Data Coordinator - Production

About the role

The Data Coordinator – Production will be responsible for managing digital documentation and production data within Emirates Flight Catering. The role ensures information is accurate, accessible and compliant with internal governance while supporting daily operational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise SharePoint document libraries, forms and lists with version control and traceability.
• Collect, validate and consolidate production data and documentation, ensuring timely accessibility and lifecycle management.
• Manage collaboration channels and shared digital tools to support cross‑functional communication and project visibility.
• Monitor documentation logs, compliance checklists and reporting cycles to meet governance timelines.
• Validate and audit production data sets across reporting platforms and ERP‑linked documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop simple automated alerts, trackers and forecasting tools using Excel, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Identify and implement process‑automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in data‑intensive operational or support environments.
• Proven experience with process automation and documentation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience working closely with operational teams and interfacing with IT or data functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query for data transformation.
• VBA/macros for task automation.
• SharePoint document library management and indexing.
• Basic Power BI for data validation and reporting.
• Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Fundamental SQL literacy.
