About the role
The Data Entry Specialist will ensure accurate entry and maintenance of data within SAP, support document control processes, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep project and operational information up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain purchase orders, project records and document information in SAP.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement and finance teams to guarantee correct data flow.
- Perform regular data integrity audits and generate SAP reports for management.
- Manage, organize and version‑control all project and operational documents.
- Track document status, maintain logs and distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- SAP data entry and reporting.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
