Data Product Owner – Aviation

About the role

Cognizant is seeking a Data Product Owner for its aviation practice to lead the design and delivery of a unified Customer 360 view across digital, commercial and operational platforms. The role sits at the intersection of data, analytics and aviation business processes, enabling personalized experiences and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements for Customer 360 and related workstreams.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, digital, loyalty and operations stakeholders to map end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Analyse data flows, schemas and integration points between CRM, marketing, loyalty, booking and operational systems.
• Support data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency and traceability.
• Work closely with architects, developers, data engineers and vendors to validate solution designs against business and data requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner focused on Customer 360 initiatives.
• Strong background in customer data, integrations and analytics within the aviation domain.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
