About the role
Poja School is looking for enthusiastic Daycare Staff to join its Al Nahda campus in Dubai. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can thrive and enjoy daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, nap time, and hygiene.
- Plan and supervise age‑appropriate activities that promote learning and social interaction.
- Monitor children’s wellbeing and ensure a secure, clean environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to maintain consistent care standards.

- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Patience, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain safety standards and a clean workspace.
