About the role
Poja School is seeking enthusiastic Daycare Staff to join its Al Nahda campus in Dubai. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and enjoy their daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with children’s daily routines, including meals, nap times, and hygiene.
- Organize and supervise age‑appropriate activities and play.
- Monitor children’s wellbeing and ensure a safe, positive atmosphere.
- Support teachers and staff in maintaining a clean and orderly classroom.
Required profile
- Passion for working with children and a patient, responsible attitude.
- Ability to supervise children and support daily routines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates may be considered; prior daycare experience is a plus.
