About the role
Join a globally ranked Banking & Finance practice in Dubai, working on high‑value, complex capital markets matters within an elite international law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage transactions from inception to close, including drafting and reviewing facility agreements, security and ancillary documents.
- Assist with general banking mandates and structured products and derivatives mandates, supporting partners on product development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and serve a renowned client base.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience with a strong background in general banking and DCM transactions.
- Excellent commercial awareness, outstanding academic record and strong technical abilities.
- Negotiation skills and willingness to engage in business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
